TLDR; A free-forever tool for quickly writing stories and interactive content, made for desktop and mobile creators. Create and preview interactive branching stories with images, gifs, and videos to write Choose Your Own Adventures, web zines, solo TTRPGs, and branching interactive fiction for your friends to explore. Exports as an html and assets folder into a .zip file so you can upload on places like Itch.io and your friends can import the .zip into Deziner to mod or contribute (no live collaboration, yet). 

The Long Version: Deziner is an independent creative tools studio dedicated to reviving tactile, decentralized digital storytelling. The goal is to be the easy to use little brother of Twine (which I love and recommend for big projects) that allows for easy media insertion and variable-based storytelling. Deziner is made for content to enjoy in a session or two like a short story, or chapter of a long one. 

Designed as a lightweight alternative to bloated app ecosystems and closed-garden publishing platforms, Deziner empowers solo creators, fandom writers, and game designers to author, style, and monetize interactive HTML zines. 

The engine combines vintage print aesthetics with powerful client-side state logic, ensuring complete data ownership and offline accessibility for creators and readers worldwide. No one will ever see what you make, other than who you want to. 

It outputs a single .zip file with an HTML and Assets folder and you share or sell that .zip file anywhere you like.
